Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective September 29, 2026. Salugenecists, Inc., doing business as Aven Clarity ("Aven", "we").
This is our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in other states. It is also part of our full Privacy Policy, which covers everything else we collect.
What we treat as consumer health data. We treat as consumer health data anything that could show your health status or your interest in health services, even if it's only an inference. On our websites that is:
- the fact that you used the Toxin Screener and joined its waitlist (your email, sign-up date and "Keep me posted" choice);
- anything about your health you choose to write in a survey answer or a contact-form message.
Your screener answers, results and report are not on this list, because we never receive them (see What the screener keeps on your device).
Where it comes from. Only from you, through the forms above. We don't buy it or collect it from anyone else.
Why we use it. Only to add you to the waitlist, reply to you, send you updates you asked for, and improve Aven.
Who receives it. Only the service providers that run those forms and emails: Brevo, Make.com and Tally. They process it on our behalf. We don't sell consumer health data, don't share it for advertising, and don't use geofencing.
Consent. We collect it only when you choose to submit a form. We won't use it for any other purpose, or share it with anyone else, without asking you first. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Your rights. You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, to get a copy along with a list of everyone we've shared it with, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent. Email privacy@avenclarity.ai. We'll respond within 30 days (usually far sooner); if we ever need longer, we'll tell you why. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and then contact the Washington State Attorney General.
